They were a lot of fun and gave me a great deal of inspiration for fantasy gaming. Warrior, Rogue & Mage reminds me of them in all the right ways. The ambitious Fabled Lands gamebook series (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fabled_Lands) used very broad base attributes based on classes and 2d6 plus ATT vs difficulty for resolution.

They were a lot of fun and gave me a great deal of inspiration for fantasy gaming.

Warrior, Rogue & Mage reminds me of them in all the right ways.

It's actually a two-paged character sheet. But for characters with a lot of spells I added a dedicated spell sheet and there's also an equipment sheet.
