WR&M and The Elder Scrolls
  • It seems someone will be using WR&M to run a game set in Skyrim. This is actually a great idea. I wish he or she had posted a few more details.

  • I'd definitely use WR&M to run a Skyrim game. My only difficulty would be that my players are all at different points in the Skyrim PC game, so I'd have trouble avoiding spoilers!
  • I would love to get in on something like this especially in a play-by-post variant. If only I could talk someone into running a Morrowind game.. =p
  • That was me :)

I ran the game this Sunday past and it went really well.   I also used my Tactics supplement I'm working on to allow us to use miniatures and battle-mats.

Got some good feedback from my players, so I'll be doing another revision of the documents, but these are the documents I used at the weekend (and won't change).  Follow me on Twitter (@brindy) for updates. ;-)

Feel free to use and abuse.

  • @RobLang The documents I've linked to above contains an adventure.  It's fairly generic, tbh and is set sometime before the events of the game, but close enough that people still get it and that most things on the Skyrim Wikia are still valid.  There's no spoilers in it at all. :)
  • Hey Brindy, they look great! Thanks for sharing and removing the spoilers. My player group are mostly through Skyrim now, so it's all good.
  • @brindy

That tactics supplement is really interesting.  I'm eager to watch as you update it.
  • Thanks @DrSmiles.  Is there anything in particular you'd like to see in there based on what's there just now?  To be honest, I wasn't planning to add much more; a note about spell casting times and a few examples maybe and that's it really.

Howdy, Stranger!
